It's hard, without leaves. But my first gut reaction was "Ash." I could be wrong. But that's what comes to mind, observing the grow habit and bark.

If those two trunks are rubbing against each other, it would be best to take one of them out, being careful not to damage the other one. Rubbing damage invites disease.

You may also know that cedars are considered weed trees in Oklahoma. They can be a real fire hazard. We cut them off our place periodically. They also contribute to cedar-apple rust disease on apples if you ever want to grow apples.
