Jay, coming through Guymon tomorrow (Thurs) night

Jay, I expect to be driving through Guymon between 8:00 and 9:00 tomorrow night. I hope to be able to get to Raton for the night, but most likely will have to stop in Guymon at the best Western, leaving very early the next morning (Friday).

I can pack a box of pecans (30lbs) of either halves ($6.00/lb) or pieces ($5.00/lb) and meet you or drop them off somewhere if you want them (you can mail a check). I will have to make the stop very brief, though. I know the timing is bad, sorry about that. I would offer to meet you when I come back through, but with the snow forecast I don't know the route or the timing of the return trip (Mon or Tues).

Let me know if it is worth it for you. If not maybe next year...

Scott that should work. I should be able to meet you. 30 lbs of halves would be great. I looked to see if I could send you a message but it doesn't appear I can. I will plan on meeting you at the times you posted unless you let me know something has changed. Jay

If you know anyone else that wants some, let me know. I will be getting them from the farm on my way out and can bring more if needed.

Got to meet Scott last evening. Got 30 pounds of great pecans. I've been snacking on them ever since. I stopped by my sister's and she had to sample them. She said they tasted way better than the ones she had bought recently. Shared some with my coworkers today. Will be taking some to a few of them after I bag them up. It is hard to find fresh, great tasting pecans in this area.

Too bad it was so brief. I'm glad they are good.

The wholesale price is so low, I'm glad to let some end users benefit since the retail price was still at least 9.50 everywhere I looked.

We are at Wolf Creek hitting the slopes tomorrow.
