Here is the purple one.

The first one looks like peach blossoms. The second one is Redbud, Oklahoma's state tree. Neither are in bloom here in Adair Co yet. The thorny vines are probably greenbriar; they can grow way up into trees. If not greenbriar, perhaps blackberry but they are usually closer to the ground.

Thanks. When we bought the house last year there were 2 peach treas that the previous owners planted about 3 years ago. Those are pretty close to the house and they don't have flowers on them yet. I wonder if the seeds blew down the hill and grew the 2 we saw today about 200 yards away? I will be keeping an eye on them.
I looked up Redbud and what a pretty tree! I'm from Ohio and our tree is the buckeye. It isn't pretty and cleaning them up out of your yard is a huge chore! They have been known to break a few lawnmowers. They also hurt like heck if you step on one without shoes.

The second one looks like an Oklahoma Redbud tree to me. I could be wrong though.

The peach seeds were more likely moved by birds than wind. I have one in my backyard that grew out of my compost pile. It is really pretty.

Birds or other woodland creatures...possums, coons, armadillos...will all eat peaches that have fallen on the ground.

Oh yeah! We don't have many of those in town so I forget about them.
