It looks like a cress. If it were in water I would say watercress. It's in the mustard family and is edible, but sharp. It will go dormant in the summer so I wouldn't bother getting rid of it as every thing that blooms in the spring is one more thing for the bees and butterflies.

Sorie, I believe it is either small flowered bittercress or hairy bittercress.

I picked some, put it in a vase, and made a card saying "happy spring", and brought it with me to work on the last day before sprint break.
