My dog was staring out the window, every now and then looking back at me as if to say, "What IS that?"

I'm thrilled.....this is my numbered day for watering, so this is saving me time and money.

I turned off my morning music because the sound of the rain is just so much better than anything on pandora. :)

Haha I love that you're thrilled about it raining on your water day because I'm exactly the opposite. It drives me crazy when it rains on my day to water. I love the rain, I just wish it would wait a few days.

I got about half an inch total yesterday. Most of it just missed us, but I think it rained a lot more in the watershed, which is just as, if not more, important. It looked like it covered a lot of area, so maybe it will help fill our lakes up some.

I had 0.65 inches in the rain gauge this morning. That is more rain than we have had for well over 6 months total. I hope we can get a little more today.
