weather for Sunday and Monday

I will be in N Central Kansas Sunday probably stay in Lawrence KS Sunday night and go the Powell Garden which is a wonderful place Monday on my way home. When I am here I feel safe in my basement and all dogs get to come in when there is thunder.

I will be worried about my dogs home alone in SW MO and me in a strange place. Would those of you with good weather sources check out the storm situation for me please. My weather guy here warned of some pattern and possibly bad news for Sunday two weeks ago.

The threat for severe storms will be high on Sunday, with all modes of high-impact severe weather possible.

This forecast is subject to change, but right now, Sunday looks quite dangerous from eastern Kansas through eastern Oklahoma then into SW Missouri into the late afternoon and evening. If the current forecasts verify, I wouldn't be surprised to see some large tornadoes somewhere in these areas. I sure hope not.
