The NWS has issued a Tornado Warning for parts of Carter, Jefferson and Love County for a storm cell southwest of Ringling. It is in effect through 7 p.m.

Love County residents in northwestern parts of the county should take shelter now.

I almost missed this warning. Was outside taking photos of the mammatus clouds over my house.
