I am definitely not one of the forum expects, but I will say that I grew green beans (contender bush beans) pretty successfully last year with a soil pH around 7.4. Obviously, I don't know if they would have been more successful with a lower pH.

The beans won't care about the pH and will grow fine. It is rare to have the perfect pH for every plant, and many plants grow fine in a wide variety of soil pH values.
