If you can, please give blood tomorrow

I've been watching the news tonight and they say the Red Cross in MO is running out of blood to treat patients. With the possibility of super cells tomorrow, it would be good to give blood tomorrow if you can so that should tornadoes happen in OK tomorrow, the Red Cross will be prepared. If nothing happens in OK (God willing) the blood can help the poor people of MO. So if you can, please give blood.

Kelly

Yes, Kelly, great message! I don't know if you saw my earlier post about the tornado, but my friend's stepmother's sister was one of the fatalities in Joplin. After she was rescued and taken to the hospital, she died due to blood loss and lack of available blood.

That is such a good message. I use to give blood often, and still would but my blood is no longer acceptable because of medical conditions.

Great message, Kelly.

I'm bumping it back up to the top of the page.

I'm bumping this back up. There is still a great need for blood. One of the OKC radio stations was coordinating a blood drive today.
