Straightening Chinese Pistache

I have a Chinese Pistache that we've had planted for nearly 4 years now. It's always had a tendency to lean forward and I had it staked for awhile. I don't even recall now why I removed the stakes, but it still leans forward. I guess my question is, is it too late for any corrective action or can I still stake it? It is a very sturdy little tree at this point, but seems like it would be nice if he were a little straighter. I'm attaching a picture of it leaning.
