centennial spirit crape myrtle

hi OK room,

Does anyone have experience growing this variety of crape myrtle? I have a small plant that I bought mail-order. So far, so good. Its first year with me. Nice red blooms, shiny leaves. Not sure how I'll shape it- as a tree or as a multi stem bush.

I'm asking your forum since the variety was developed at OSU.

We do not often have discussions about what has been developed by OSU. I wish we did.

You might want to try the Master Gardeners at OSU.

I grow many crape myrtles, and they grow well here, but we have much more water than you do in Arizona.
