| The weather in parts of the state is going nuts today. We already had a Red Flag Fire Warning in the west and a Severe Thunderstorm Watch with some periodic warnings in the east.
Now, back to the west: The NWS has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of western Oklahoma. The NWS has issued a High Wind Warning for portions of western Oklahoma. In some cases, in some parts of the state, you simultaneously have a Red Flag Fire Warning, a High Wind Warning, and a Severe Thunderstorm Watch. Got it? If y'all get bored with all this exciting weather, come on down here to Love County where nothing is happening...just day after day of hot and dry, hot and dry, hot and dry. Click on the link to see the various parts of the map highlighted in different colors to indicate various watches and warnings and click on any county to read their forecast and the text of any and all applicable warnings or watches or advisories for that county.
