After you dry it, grind it into green powder. Then, Google and find recipes that call for green Stevia powder and use it in those recipes.

You also can pick the leaves green and mix them with mint or lemon balm leaves and other tea plant leaves and make fresh tea with them.

Like most herbs, the stevia leaves are sweetest and have the best flavor before they bloom.

I have grown it but not in several years. I have a problem keeping stevia moist enough in the summer months here.

Last year I planted four plants and had plenty of leaves in the fall. We used fresh leaves with tea instead of sugar, it worked good. We have also dried some for later use. Just boil leave with water then add tea or coffee.

Thanks, Dawn and Chandra. I ended up with about a quart of dried leaves. As sweet as it is, that will go a long way. I'm a green tea drinker, will try it in that.
