Anyone know what this is? White flowers.
And how to get rid of it?

No clue. But you can most likely dig it up or hit it with the vinegar and salt to kill it if you dont want it there.

I think it is called wandering jew. I have some like that in my yard, and just pull it out. I comes out easy.
