We're raising kiwano again and there are several fruit on the vines. When do we pick them? They're still green. I remember they turned yellow and then orange but last time I was too intimidated by the spines to do anything with them. Do we wait for yellow? orange? And then what? I think you said to cut them in half and scoop out the flesh. Add it to fruit salad? would it go good in a slushie? Hope you see this. Thanks.
