Fall Vegetable Seed

Posted by momfryhover (My Page) on

I just went to K&K on Sooner rd. just north of Franklin and was delighted to find not only racks of veg seed but bulk seed as well. Atwoods: nelch....I ask myself, why do I even go anywhere else but K&K...that does sound like an ad for them, but if so, they deserve it. After last nights rains, going there was like a mini vacation. So for $6 I am planting my fall garden. If I get harvest, fine. If not, at least there will be some green to look at out there!

Same sort of thing is true for Tahlequah, Ok. The box stores have little of anything. But Burgess Farm Market not only has seeds (packets and bulk), but even sprouting potatoes, which can be planted.
