Peppers galore!

I've just moved into a new house and have become the lucky, but overwhelmed recipient of not 1, but three rather large vegetable gardens. I have tons (maybe a hundred would be my guess) of green peppers ready to be picked but I don't know the exact variety and am pregnant and not up for farmers markets on the weekends.
Would anyone be interested in helping me sell these vegetables, harvest them, give some away to charity, etc? I also have another 50 or so cucumbers ready for picking in many different varieties. Some very unusual Asian cucumbers that may even be rare. And beets and goodness know what else is growing in there!!!

Ashdenn I would be happy to help you harvest what you have if you would like some help. Your peppers above are green chiles.

Ashley, I got your email, but it won't let me respond to you. Can you send me another email and put your email address in it? I am quite sure we can work out a time. I think I have a helper if we can all coordinate our times :)

Hi, Ashley...I'm the "helper" Lisa spoke of...we're still working on times. Thursday night will be best for me AND if there is so much harvested that you'd like to donate to a food bank Thursday night will be best as well...I am off work on Friday and can take it to Love Links (6th and Classen, serving a large Asian and Hispanic population). They could mail you a receipt for tax purposes if you want.
IF...by some weird chance Lisa and I cannot come on the same night, would you be ok with us coming at separate times? I would bring any bags, boxes, etc., that I can and promise to be nice to your garden and plants in the process.
