I tried to overwinter it one time when i lived in Tulsa with no luck. I also tried to overewinter Bougainvillea with no luck, but i kinda knew that wasnt going to work. I will however, say that Tulsa and Grove may as well be in different states as far as plants go. I know that everything blooms/grows on a different timeline there than it does here, even though we're not that far apart. So, you can always try it!

PS, i forgot to add that when i tried to grow plumeria, it was a new plant and i tried it during a very bad winter, i think it was the winter of 2000-2001 when it was very cold for a very long time. I just never took the time to try it again.

You bet the will. Infact they are very easy to overwinter. They are deciduous so what we do is cut off the leaves and bring them inside. They dont need light over the winter but cannot freeze. Most people will put them either in a basement or spare bedroom that stays a bit cool. ideal range is between 50 and 60 degrees. Most people grow them in containers but You can grow them in the ground and then dig them up to store overwinter. It is recommended that they be atleast 3 years old before you try it that way. I have almost 30 different types and a friend of mine in OKC has almost 200! No stores around here have any right now. Southwood nursery will get a bunch next spring around May. this year Home depot carried some also. Online is the easiest way to get the ones you want.
