It is gangly. It is hardest to handle when it blooms with the long spike. And it blooms in the winter when it needs to be moved around to protect it from cold spells. I wish it would bloom some other time of the year. I've had it for 4 years and the bulbs and flowers are bigger each year. The spike is over 2 ft. And the cane is 1 foot.
Now that the below normal temps have gone, I installed this plant so the flowers are at nose level along a frequented pathway. Aroma therapy seem to be working on me...
