My orchid Collection

Haven't been here in ages, but moved to this house last year and started collecting Cattleyas. Most people here in Kauai have a lot of success growing Dendrobiums and Phaleonopsis but can't seem to grow Cattleyas.

I think I've found the secret or that I'm just lucky in that I've found the perfect environment and the methods. Here are some pics. Please enjoy.

RE: My orchid Collection

Nice views.
Wish it was as warm here. My orchids are sitting in the south window during the winter and in the west in summer.
They do manage an occasional re-bloom.

It's sunny, but 8.6F. and still a dusting of lake effect snow on the ground.
Toronto. Ontario. Canada

I think you have found the secret! they look great! I grow some Catts here in Fl. The squirrels are eating my bloom, don't know why they prefer my blooms to the plentiful acorns.
