Very compact, almost mini, growing in semi-hydro, likes to bloom frequently. Flower is 3.75" wide and scented, soft butter yellow with a bright red-pink lip.

From Fender's Flora.

I have been unable to get my Dogashima to bloom! What is the usual culture for this orchid?
