Mahalo (Thank You). Note that I have them all in clay pots with holes on the side. Orchids specially Cattleyas DO NOT like soggy feet.

Note also that they're not sitting directly on the ground, because once the dirt gets wet, it WILL clog up the bottom hole(s) in the pot.

Living in Texas, you should be able to create a similar environment except during the cold days when you will need to take them in the garage or somewhere inside.
