You're sort of right. It's a cross between a BLC mem Edward Wong and a Blc Willette Wong.

The cross mentioned in the above post has been registered as Rsc. Mei Ling Wong. It is unusual to find errors in Nursery Catalogues though i suppose it is easy to make a clerical mistake with Williette.
