Pot Creation 'Summer Choice'

*sigh* I have all the willpower of a bowl of jello. $ is very tight for me right now. So what do I do this weekend? I went to help an os set up (not sure if I'm going to 'join' yet -- still miss my old os) at a show. Well one of the perks is getting the first look at what the venders have brought in to sell before the general public even gets a chance. It's not uncommon for a vender to show up with one or 2 really choice plants. These often get snapped up by other venders or the folks who are involved in set-up. The general public never even has a chance. I had planned on being good and just looking. (& considering my lack of funds and space, that's often no as hard as it sounds. I've found I'm getting a lot pickier.) Well it was a case of "the road to hell is paved with good intentions" & being in the wrong place at the wrong time. *sigh* I came home with

Out of $$$ and space never stopped me, either, Paul. That beauty is definitely worth a week on pb&j sandwiches. LOL

I can't believe my good fortune, a friend just gifted me with this plant. It's in bloom and yes, almost identical to the pic....also a nice spicy fragrance!

Hi again,Paul. Since my last reply to your post I have won this plant at an OS auction and absolutely LOVE it. The fragrance is fabulous and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous.

Gorgeous and intense colouring. The texture on the petals glimmers beautifully.

I haven't seen this one available here before but I will need to keep an eye out.
