Beautiful bloom. Just how strong is this "off-color" scent?

ifraser you are so right about it not being a reliable flowerer. I have been growing a plant for several years, in the last two years it has aborted it's flower bud. This year it's the 'last chance saloon' for it, or it may have to be transfered to the big nursery in the sky!!

What an unusual flower, seems like it is worth the wait :)

Thanks for the nice comments.A couple of you asked about the sscent. It's not as bad as some Bulbos and not very strong. I heard it once described as "old straw".
