Raphael, it certainly is a beauty. I've been keeping mine quite dry last winter and now I hope it will bloom this year, as it has many pseudobulbs and looks quite healthy.
Thanks everyone, for the comments. This plant bloomed in June of 2008 and is blooming quite early this year. I grow this one directly (one foot) under a warm 400W Metal Halide. I get the best blooms by giving it direct light.
