A warm to cool grower from Ecuador and Bolivia. Blooms in a flush with all flowers opening at the same time Reblooms on old leaves, has quite a few flowers.
Of course I arrange the above picture. Normally the flowers are pendulous and this is the view if it sits on a bench. Looks better if it hangs and you look up at the flowers.
I have 2 identical plants so if anyone wants a piece, let me know.
When you say warm to cool grower---how cool? The temp where I live is not usually very cool except maybe for a nights in the winter.
If you think it would grow in FL, central west coast, I would like to have a starter piece. It somewhat looks like an anthurium which I also love to grow.
