Warm to cool grower from Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Brazil and Venezuela I'm growing it warm and it appears to be OK with that. Waxy flower which is supposed to last a long time.
I like the Maxillaria's and yours is wonderful, they don't do well in Sarasota so I'm told. A few in the orchid club that have greenhouses do well with them but everyone else I talk to about them isn't so lucky so I hesitate to try one. They are mostly on the cold side of growing correct?
