Zoothrophian alvaroi

A hot grower from Columbia and Ecuador. I have been growing it in the cold greenhouse. It has flourished and bloomed anyway. Knowing that now, I'll divide it and grow 1/2 in the warm house. It's the only yellow Zootrophian I have ever seen.

How cool is that! Good growing although wrong temps. Hey, one never knows. These plants can be tough.

Like that look. It looks thick and waxy. Very unusual looking bloom.
