Pears and Apple

I have a pears tree and an Apple tree. I am trying to take good care of it. pruning, spraying every week and hanging Maggot lures. They are full with fruits but I always find some fruits dropped under the trees and half of it gone. Who is doing that and how can I fight this problem. Also I noticed a caterpillar web on one of the tree. I sprayed the web with BONIDE. Is that enough to kill whatever in the web or I have to get it down.
