Talk about your complex hybrid! I didnÂt really want to do the math to work out percentages of the background species, but you get the picture. Interesting that the S. briegeri and pumila in the last couple of generations probably greatly reduced plant and flower size, as well as opening up the form. I never would've guessed there was that much trianae in there, with such a starry flower! I'm also amazed that there isn't any C. eldorado...the lip is SO C. eldorado.
