Bottom leaves fallen off Orchid

My orchid has bloomed 2 new leaves on the stem but lost the bottom ones. Is this normal?

The base of the plant has died maybe due to overwatering.
I have put some complete culture notes for Phalaenopsis in Canada in the link.

Arthur is right. Your plant is dead. Pot the small babies in small pots and you'll have new plants. If they don't have any roots, just wait until they begin to form and then pot them.
