This is the first time I got it to bloom. All previous buds started in the middle of winter and ended up blasting. This time the buds started early August and started opening by late August.

Here is a side by side comparison of the Caulocattleya compared to a standard sized cattleya (C. Hawaiian Wedding Song 'Virgin' HCC/AOS). The Wedding Song has already finished blooming and the last flower is about to fade as well.
