The Orchid table October 2009

The buffs among you, well that's most of you really, will recognize Epicattleya RenÃ© Marques, Miltonia flavescens, Colmanara Wildcat, which is not fully out yet and several Phally "Brothers".

This is probably the last pic I will show in this location as we are moving house, my 23rd move in 61 years! This one has got to be the last!! One of my biggest headaches is what to do with the orchidarium. The buyer of our house doesn't want it and I am very torn about whether to try and move it to the new location. Has anyone had any experience of this? It will be costly to build a new one, but I'm worried about the old one getting damaged in the process. It is a simple, open wooden structure.

Very lovely, they all look so healthy. Good growing!! Good luck in moving your orchidarium, hope all goes well. I have never had one so dont really know that much about them. Best wishes in your new home. Tricia

Wow, I love the tangerine orange ones, the forefront fuschia-pinks, the dusky yellow background clusters, and the unique beige-cocoa powdered orchid below, and the other purple clusterings next to it. Very lovely!

Beautiful collection, I really like the little red one center front, what kind is it? As for your orchidarium, it can`t be lifted by some big strong guys? Or at least partly sectioned, even if it does get some scratches you can use wood filler and a little stain or paint. Good luck, I hope your orchids do well in their new home.

Beautiful display as always. Good luck with the move. The 23rd...ugggg, Just my 9 in 60 yrs were more than enough for me!
