Got it from Cal Orchids in Santa Barbara a long time ago. Lives outside, a reliable bloomer, has yielded many divisions.

Thats Darwinaria. Here is the whole flower arrangement.

The whole plant. I put Spanish Moss around the roots of vandaxceous plants, keeps them moist a little longer.

The backside of the plant, against the wall, away from the light source , shows how it has grown out of the basket it was put in 10 to 12 years ago.

Typical Neofinetia growth habit. I split my falcata up and got zillions of divisions, should have left it alone.
Love to find your plant, just what i need, an unfussy Vandaceous!
Darwinara has gone the way of the dodo, as should the boffins at kew. They have replaced a perfectly good genera name with something else.

It's all in the name. Kimmel, a TV host, took a survey amongst people he met on the street to see if they preferred Obamacare or the Affordable Health Care Act. They all were in favor of the AHCA because it's going to save them money but were against Obamacare because they don't want the Gov between them and their doctor.

The boffins are everywhere and they not only vote but also reproduce.

Actually, Neofinetia falcata is now Vanda falcata. Your orchid is now Vandachostylis Charm 'Blue Pacific'. Darwinara is now redundant.

It, Schomburgia and others are in a better place.

Turned out pretty good after most of the flowers are open.
