This is a large cold to warm grower from Venezuela, Columbia, Peru and Ecuador which is found as low as 800 meters. It will therefore grow intermediate. Note that the flowers are non-resupinate, otherwise NOT upside down. It has 8 spikes but I could not get a good picture.
