A strange bird from Mexico. Warm grower, small flowers on long stalks. A good picture of the flower can be seen at: http://www.orchidspecies.com/leoccarinatus.htm The trick with that one is not to cut off the spent flower stalk as it will make a keiki at each node.
I got this one last year and after it bloomed, I flipped the stalk up and you can see 2 new plantlets connected to the bottom one with the old stalk.
