Cattleya Display

The Cattleyas are in full swing right now where I am, and this is a pretty typical display that I have for 2-3 months around this time of year. The plants are quite small compared to previously, because I divided them earlier in the year, for example my biggest Blc. Goldenzelle 'Lemon Chiffon' only has 10 flowers on it, compared to 19 last year, but I have several divisions now. Others in the picture are Blc. Goldenzelle 'Taida', Blc. Campobello 'Mendenhall', Blc. Chai Lin 'PCT', Blc. George King 'Serendipity', Blc. Malworth 'Orchidglade', Cattleya labiata and Pot. Red Crab 'Uncle Wang'. There is also Vanda Pat Delight 'Pink Tango' lurking in the background. The plants are stood on a cast iron 3 tier etagere (plant stand) when I bring them in from the greenhouse. This needs to be very strong because I grow in clay pots and I have a display of my other orchid genera on it through the year. Enjoy.
