We recently moved to a place where the previous owner had some pinellia cordata growing in a small patch. They give lovely red berries in the fall, which the squirrels carry all over. I just found out that the lawn is infested with hundreds of thousands of the seeds sprouting all over the place. Apparently they are very invasive. Is there an organic method to get rid of them without having to replace the whole lawn?
I have tried spraying rubbing alcohol and dish soap but they don't seem to be working.
Thanks
FG
