Compost

Starting this year I will be making my own compost, however in the meantime I will need to purchase some. The local garden centers here sell either composted cow manure or leaf compost. Is one better than another as far as use for brewing compost tea?

You'll probably get a better answer to this if you ask it in the Soils forum. They have a lot of compost tea makers and users hanging out there.
