dont have home compost for tea, is 'Fox Farms Ocean Forest' okay?

I don't have the benefit of a home compost pile this season, but would like to make compost tea for my lawn. I want to get some tea brewing soon.

Ibought a bag of this stuff ... any major problems using this? I'm also adding the corn syrup and some seaweed too!
