TPSL Soil Test Results

wgillette

Just recently I received the results of a soil analysis from the Texas Plant & Soil Lab (TPSL). Their recommendations included adding sulfur to the lawn to reduce the pH. In this thread I was advised against adding sulfur as it would kill the fungi. Given the results here, What would you do?

Some more history. This year I have done nothing to the lawn. The last 2 years I have been organic. Compost in year one with soybean meal, alfalfa meal, and corn meal to try to control patch when needed. The corn meal didn't control the patch. Each year, my back lawn starts to yellow and thin about this time, and no amount of Greensand will cure it. Adding more SBM gives me fast growing, light green, thin grass.
