I moved into a new house in Knoxville, TN, in November. Everything was dormant then, but now the lawn, er, weeds, are in full view. I'm hoping the community here can help me ID the various types of grass and weeds growing in my lawn so I can start to bring it up to snuff.

There seem to be three types of grass growing. I believe most of what's there is centipede. But sometimes it looks more like St. Augustine (which I'm familiar with from my last lawn in coastal NC). Are both of the following two photos centipede? Or is the second shot below St. A?

Then there are areas containing two other types of grasses. These areas overlap, but they are quite different in texture and the species in the second photo below is prone to browning. Are these overseed varieties?
