Specifics of disease control

Searching this forum I find three solutions to lawn disease irradication: milk. cornmeal and Actinovate.

Several questions:

When disease strikes can I try all three simultaniously?

With hose end sprayer how much milk per 1000 sf?

How often?

Should I spray Actinovate with more than 2 oz per 5000 sf?

Is ground corn as effective as cornmeal? (can't find bulk cornmeal)

Should I water before or after corn meal application?

How long does it take for the soil biology to control the fungus?

At what intervals should I re-apply and at same or lower rates?

Not sure what disease I have. It looks like random, scattered dry patches all over lawn. I'm having a real problem with fungus every year at this time. I have gone organic 3 years ago. I mow high. I feed with alfalfa or SBM on the holidays. I control water amounts but nature doesn't always cooperate. Spring rains in May are to be expected. My beautiful TTF gets destroyed late May or early June so I'm tempted to pull out all stops. I need all the advice great minds of this forum can send my way. Thanks in advance!!!
