please identify weeds and analyze the problem of soil

I had at least 20 kinds of weeds in my lawn. I tried pulling them out. Some success for very little while, and they have come back. Mainly, I have 4 kinds of weeds that have occupied 80% population among all the weeds. I have a lot of Devil's Ivy, the giant foxtails, and there are two unidentified kinds. Would anyone tell me what they, please? The first picture represents the third kind; the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th represent the forth kind (I think that they are the same kind???)

Please analyze what kind of soil I have that attracts those weeds, and how can I improve my soil organically. Thank you

I thought I answered this, but I must have forgotten to hit submit. I remember reading up on Queen Anne's Lace and the history of carrots, so maybe I got caught up in that and forgot to answer.

I only recognize weed3. That's Queen Anne's Lace (aka wild carrot).
