On the 12th, I put down Scott's Organic Lawn Food, which I had used sucessfully in May with no problems. Scott's recomends putting it down every 6-8 weeks, so I thought I'd be all set.

I spread it down, we left for camping, came back, and I've noticed that in one area of my lawn (not the whole thing).. there is white mold growing on the fertilizer bits.

Is this normal? Is there something I can do to fix it?? It's been very rainy here lately, but we did have some hot sunny days after it was put down, so I'm not sure that was the issue.
