A lawn's worst enemy -- Neighbors...

Hi all - been a while since I posted. Overall, the organic approach is going great. I love letting the kids and dogs go out and play immediately after I fertilize.

So far, my biggest weakness is my neighbors... I've got one guy right next to me that doesn't take care of his lawn at all. He's got a lawn full of weeds, junk grass, and grubs. How in the world do I defend against this? His junk is just slowly creeping into my lawn. The biggest problem is the grubs...

Last year, I had a grub problem, so I purchased some beneficial nematodes, knowing it wouldn't help last year, but hoping it would help this year. And, much to my displeasure, I put down some chemical grub killer in the spring, hoping to fend off any potential problems. Well, they're back. They're not bad yet, but by looking at where they are, it's clear that they've invaded from the yard next door? What in the world do the rest of you do to deal with the neighbor that just don't take care of anything? It's driving me crazy!!!!
