I used Bradfield CGM last autumn and again in the spring and I cannot believe how good the grass looks! (I should add that we have had record amounts of rain this year in Nebraska, too.) Is your crabgrass just on the place where they removed the tree? Or is it all over? Crabgrass needs light to generate, so if there were bare patches where the tree was removed, hand-weeding it might be your best option there. I have never had so few problems with weeds since I used the CGM. I will put down more in the autumn.

it's all over, when they grind down the tree it throws everything all over the place. I read corn gluten herbicide effect last 60 days after application so I'll do it in may since the weeds and crab grass seam to germinate in June.
