| If I mixed 46-0-0 into a batch of compost tea would the chemical composition of the urea immediately destroy the microbial population of the tea?
I know, I know....... |

| Urea is a synthetic product that is not used by any organic gardener/farmer. |

| With that in mind, the urea you can buy is the same chemical composition as that found in urine. It is just made from natural gas and much more concentrated. I don't know what would happen in the tea. I would apply the urea separately. Actually I would not be using urea but I'm just sayin'. |
