Is there a Sam's or a Costco near you? They probably sell cornmeal in large bags. It may cost more than what you could get at a feed store since it's food grade, but may not be too expensive.

The food quality CM I've seen is either degerminated or enriched or both.

Does this matter?

If you can't find corn meal, then buy and use cracked corn available from feed stores in 50 lb bags. It will work just as good in controlling fungal disease. It spreads real easy. It is a mild organic fertilizer. The down side is that (1)it is visible on the lawn for a few days(2) the birds and squirrels will get their share, and (3) you will have a few corn stalks growing up in your lawn. All of which I think is cute.

the agway near me may not stock a particular feed-grain, but they are glad to order it for me.

I tried Sam's Club and Costco's. Sam's Club used to sell 25 pound bags, but not any more. Costco's had nothing.

The side effects of cracked corn do not appeal to me at all. I might consider it as a last resort.

The places I checked that will ship corn meal charge a lot for the meal, and shipping.

The closest Agway is 128 miles away.

Not sure exactly where you are located street wise, but the above link has a list of Grain Elevators in Ohio with a couple in Toledo.

One thing I did on the weekend is drive through some country towns and since I grew up in the country knew that many elevators are just outside of the towns. Had success at finding mine that way--bagged it while I waited.

For anyone else in northwest Ohio, The Jewell Grain Company in Okolona, OH (west of Napoleon), on CR-17D a little south of 24, sells corn meal in 50 pound bags. I called first and they bagged it for me ahead of time. I was quoted $20.76 for 200 pounds, but they ended up charging me a little less.
